Product return

Below are our return conditions:

1.1. The customer must complete the store’s product return form within 7 business days of receiving the shipment and contact us via email at info@spalvotikvapai.lt for detailed information. The return form can be found here. It is important to emphasize that:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, unopened, and with the original labels;• The purchase receipt or other document proving the purchase of the product is required;
  • The customer bears the cost of return shipping.

1.2. Product Return

1.2.1. The customer must complete the store’s product return form within 7 business days of receiving the shipment. This can be done by clicking here.

1.2.2. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

1.2.3. The product must not have lost its commercial appearance and must not be damaged.

1.2.4. The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs, including the cost of shipping a replacement product.

1.2.5. If the customer does not wish to exchange the product, we will refund the money only after receiving the product of improper quality.

1.2.6. Upon receiving your returned product, we commit to refunding the money within 30 business days.

1.2.7. All products of improper quality are exchanged or returned in accordance with the “Goods Return and Exchange Rules,” approved by the Minister of Economy Order No. 217 on June 29, 2001. When returning a product of improper quality, the purchase documents must be provided. The return of products of proper quality is possible only in accordance with the procedure established by the Minister of Economy’s Order No. 258 on August 17, 2001, regarding the “Rules for Sale of Goods and Provision of Services When Contracts Are Made Using Communication Means.

1.3 Product Return and Exchange Terms

1.3.1. Product returns are governed by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania Order No. 217 “On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods” dated June 29, 2001.

1.3.2. The customer must send returned products via registered mail. The tracking number of the registered shipment must be provided to the Seller no later than 24 hours after dispatch.

1.3 3.The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs for both quality goods and exchanged items.

1.3.4. To return the product(s), the customer can do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, notifying the Seller by email, including photos or videos of the product and/or the shipment describing the issue.

The returned product must be in its original, undamaged packaging, unused, and in the same condition as it was received, with the commercial appearance intact (untorn labels, protective film intact, etc.). A printed proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, etc.) must be provided when returning the product.

1.3.6 When returning a quality product, the customer will only be refunded the amount paid for the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

1.3.7. If the incorrect product was received, the Seller agrees to exchange it for the correct one. If the correct product is unavailable, the customer will be refunded the full amount (for the product and actual shipping costs incurred).

1.3.8. If the returned product is of improper quality, the Seller agrees to exchange it for a similar product or refund the customer.

1.3.9. To return a faulty product, the customer can do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, notifying the Seller by email at info@spalvotikvapai.lt, including photos or videos of the faulty product and/or shipment describing the issue.

1.3.10. The returned faulty product must be in its original, undamaged packaging, unused, and in the same condition as it was received, with the commercial appearance intact (untorn labels, protective film intact, etc.). A printed proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, etc.) must be provided when returning the product.

1.3.11. The Seller reserves the right not to accept returned products from the customer if the customer does not follow the return procedure outlined in sections 1.4-1.5, 1.9-1.10 of these terms.

1.3.12. If the customer paid for the product using a gift voucher, the returned item will be refunded as a voucher along with any additional amounts paid (if applicable).

1.3.13. If the customer returns a product purchased with a discount, the refund will be issued based on the discounted price paid.

1.3.14. If products were shipped with free shipping and the customer returns them for any reason other than the seller’s fault (e.g., receiving a defective product), the shipping cost will be deducted from the product price, and only the price difference will be refunded. 2.

Final Provisions

2.1. These product return rules are established in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.2. The Seller has the right to partially or fully change the Privacy Policy by notifying about the changes on the online store. If you continue to use the services of the online store after these changes, the Seller considers that you agree to the changes in the terms.

2.3. The return of quality cosmetic products purchased online is governed by the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter – the CPL). This law sets out the rights of consumers, the obligations and responsibilities of sellers related to the purchase and sale of goods remotely. Certain products, such as food, cosmetics, underwear, etc., may not be returned, even if they are of good quality. According to the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Lithuania, quality cosmetic products purchased online can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, after agreeing on this with the seller. 2.4. Lithuanian law applies to these rules. Any disputes arising from the implementation of these rules will be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved according to the procedures established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
