1. General provisions.

These privacy rules (hereinafter referred to as “Rules“) regulates the basic principles and procedure based on which the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) processes the personal data of Buyers (hereinafter referred to as “Your”) in the online store (hereinafter referred to as the “e-store”).

The processing of your personal data is determined by these rules, the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Legal Protection of Personal Data and other legal acts regulating the collection of such data.

2. Registration submission rules.

2.1 You must provide complete, accurate and correct information about yourself in the registration form. If you provide inaccurate, false or misleading data in the registration form, the Seller has the right to cancel your order. The Seller recognizes and respects the right to privacy of every natural person who visits the e-store. The Seller collects and uses the data of a natural person (name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information specified in the e-store registration form) in order to:

• to process your orders for goods or services;
• resolve problems related to the provision or delivery of goods;

Personal data is processed using secure measures that protect this data from unauthorized destruction, disclosure or other unlawful actions.

2.2 The Seller may use your non-personal data, i.e. data related to the goods you have purchased, for statistical purposes. Such collection of statistical data will not allow you to directly or indirectly identify yourself. The Seller reserves the right to transfer statistical data to a third party.

3. Transfer of personal data to third parties.

The Seller has the right to transfer information to third parties only for the purposes of paragraph 2, paragraph 2. The Seller does not transfer your personal data to third parties without your separate consent, except in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Transmission of information or claim.
